These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and online shopping. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.
1)Website access
It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered. Registration is available during "Checkout" of your first order. Please keep a record of your login details as these will be required to benefit from certain promotions.
2)Use of website
This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
You may print and download material from this website for personal use provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
3)Website up time
All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time, but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.
4)Visitor provided material
Any material that a visitor to this website sends or posts to this website shall be considered non-proprietary and non-confidential. We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy.

8)UK shipping of customer orders
Providing the goods are in stock your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay (During Perris Archery opening times). For items in stock this should be the within one or two working days. Items that are special order or out of stock should be shipped no later than 14 days unless advised by us by phone, email or in the product description.
Please allow for up to 14 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order. We determine the most efficient delivery method: small items usually 1st Class Royal Mail, Special Next Day Delivery if requested and paid for, Parcel Force 24 & Large 48 & Fedex UK.
Please note if you pay for “Next Day Delivery” this is subject to the goods being in stock. Orders received before 12pm Monday-Friday we will endeavour to ship same day. Some couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, there are no deliveries on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
9) International shipping of customers orders
ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ONLINE IS SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE - PLEASE EMAIL WITH REQUIREMENTS.
For international orders, we will select the most appropriate service if the cost of the delivery is more than calculated by the cart then we will advise you and you will have the option to continue or cancel the order.

10)Cancellations, returns and refunds
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (UK only: Unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation providing we have received the goods.
You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:
(a) the supply of goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised i.e. Arrows, Cut Shafts, Custom Strings,
(b) the supply of goods or services where prices are dependent upon fluctuations in the financial markets, which are beyond the control of the retailer.
(b) the goods have been ordered in specially to meet your order and are labelled as such in the product description.
In addition, you will lose your right to cancel if you:
(a) use the goods, destroy packaging, unseal goods.
(b) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.
Refunds will be the actual amount paid by the customer (less any delivery costs unless the goods are faulty.) using one of the accepted methods of payment, not the amount of the order before any discount was applied.
11) Acceptance of an order:
No contract will subsist between you and Perris Archery for the sale of products by us to you until you receive an email confirming that the goods have been shipped and on their way to you. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your offer and to have been effectively communicated to you. This is to be interpreted and enforced with the laws of England, in its entirety and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts..
12)Special offer - UK Free Standard Delivery on certain items.

Orders for the UK must total £100.00 or more after any discount has been applied to be considered for the free delivery offer. The free delivery is automatically applied. Some products are excluded and these are detailed in the product description and or shown on shopping cart, so you may still be charged delivery that are excluded.
If you return the goods that are not faulty, and you require a replacement - i.e to change size, colour, limb draw weight, handedness as examples you must contact us to get agreement first. You will be liable for all additional shipping cost even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
13)Value Added Tax
Vat is automatically applied to all UK orders.
For all other countries and since the 1 Jan 2021 to include countries of the EU, VAT is not applied and local taxes will be collected locally at the port of entry to the country according to each countries rules and regulations. Responsibility for payment will be with the purchaser/customer not Perris Archery..
14)International Orders (outside UK) Shipping Information regarding overseas, International Orders and Warranty:
With the exception of the USA: ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
For orders shipping to the "Rest of the World" please email us with your requirements and we will confirm the total costs of your order.
Important: We only ship to a verified account address - Card holder Statement address or PayPal Confirmed billing address.
We will confirm delivery shipping and expected delivery time, all goods will require a signature on delivery.
If your country is not listed in the shopping cart delivery options it does not mean that we cannot ship to you. But you cannot proceed using the online shop, you will need to contact us by email with details of the products required and a full address, so we can calculate all costs. - The payment method will be at our discretion, Credit Card, Paypal or International Bank Transfer we will confirm acceptable payment methods when we confirm costs.
While the majority of products shipped abroad give a trouble-free life, sometimes warranty service is required.
For all international orders and for all items Perris Archery will not cover any shipping expenses for the return of goods,faulty or otherwise for the sending out of replacement goods. In all instances without exception you will be responsible for shipping costs and any admin and local taxes both ways.
Please also consider that it is a likely requirement of the manufacturer that faulty goods be sent back to the place of purchase. Sometimes manufacturers may handle claims directly. If you need to return goods to us, please contact us first for details as to how to return the goods. Do not ship anything back to us without instructions from us first.
If this or any part of this section is not acceptable then please do not purchase from us.
15)Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
