prices quoted on this site include UK V.A.T at the appropriate rate.
Export
orders: Although based in the UK we are happy to ship goods to any
worldwide destination and V.A.T (currently 17.5%on all goods except books
0%) will only be applied if required. Just order as normal and we
will contact you to confirm the total cost before processing your order.
Shipping And Handling: We ensure that orders are dispatched as quickly
as possible normally the same day or within 2-3 days and shipped by the fastest and most economical route. Most
orders are shipped First Class or Special Delivery. Large or heavy
packages weighing over 2 kg will be shipped by ANC (main land UK only). You can expect to receive your order within 14 working
days subject to the item being in stock. We will contact you if an item is
out of stock and give you the opportunity to back order or cancel.
Special (non standard) delivery requests (for example requesting a
particular delivery day and time) may incur additional costs.
If your order is not eligible for our free delivery offer (i.e. If you
order is NOT shipping to mainland UK and/or you are ordering bosses and 3D
targets), shipping
costs will be calculated by one of our staff and added to your order
before dispatch.
If
after placing your order you would like an exact shipping quote, please
email or call us immediately, quoting your order number. You can also
request this information at the time of ordering using the additional
details section in the checkout procedure. Once received we will NOT ship
or charge you for any goods ordered until you have agreed to the shipping
costs.
