Rules: GNAS Rules. Attire how every you FANCY. 


Fancy dress is not obligatory but welcomed. (Emphasis is on a light-hearted festive shoot)

Double Session: ‘Gluttons for Punishment’ will be welcomed, 


accepted at discretion of the management (depending on the demand for 


the shoot) – certified on arrival and given an extra mince-pie 
Gratuities: There will be an abundance of mistletoe (if we can find it) 
for those (preferably of the opposite sex) wishing to show their appreciation 
to the work party 
Responsibility: Racketts Archery Club, Essex County Council, 
Woodlands School, their agents or servants cannot accept responsibility for 
any loss, injury or damage to equipment during their competition 
GNAS Cards: GNAS members must produce their cards on request. 
Archers awaiting cards should obtain a letter from their club secretary confirming 
application has been applied for 
Vandalism: Archers destroying boss decorations, may at the discretion 
of the judge, be penalised 
Closing Date: 17 November 2009 
Cancellations: Prior to closing date entry fee will be refunded. 
After closing date if we are unable to fill your space no refund will be made 
Substitutions: Prior to closing date accepted. No substitutions on shoot day 
Raffle: A raffle will be held at the end of each session 
Refreshments: Light refreshments will be available 
Soft soled shoes must be worn in the Sports Hall 
. 
Limited backstop netting available 
No provision is made for crossbows 
. 
No smoking allowed in the Sports Hall 
Perris Archery will be in attendance
